Who Am I?

I am an explorer in search of the mysteries of the universe. I am the author of Love Nature Magic, Organic Manifesto and Scratch. But I am also an artist, activist and recovering CEO, who has also served on the board of the Rodale Institute and is a former board co-chair. From the very beginning, I have advocated for the potential of organic regenerative farming the heal the damage wrought by pesticides and industrial agricultural practices (I am a third generation activist in this space). I am also a secret (soon to be revealed) children’s book author. You might have seen and heard me in the documentary Kiss the Ground. I’m at the end, talking about love. Love is the path I walk on.

Mom of three daughters born in three different decades and grandmother, I am a crazy gardener who lives in my magic garden in Pennsylvania, right near where I was born.

I’m a little bit weird but that’s what makes life fun.
