I agree with 90% here. But what does Andrew Huberman have to do with anything? Did I miss something? I’ve learned a lot of what seems like good science from him. I’ve never seen anyone fawning over him. What’d I miss?

and, frankly... i feel like the 4B movement should have been here... like... 40 years ago. it's so so late in coming. considering how long women have been subject to the lunacy of men, and what that lunacy has done to women's mental health, physical health, emotional health, social and political standing, economic situations, in the history of modern humans, the start of this present-day call for women to actually, finally resist... is... refreshing. i'm only sad that cishet women with interest in male companionship feel they have to forgo it altogether in order to claim their own autonomy, to have lives that feel authentic, or to make males uncomfortable enough that they might reconsider the stifling illegitimate authority they've claimed over women... so things might change for women 🤷🏻♀️
